This module covers a wide range of sales terms, including terms related to the different stages of the sales process, such as prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, presentation, handling objections, closing, and follow-up. Also, terms associated with various sales roles, such as sales representative, sales manager, sales director, and customer service representative.

Module 2: Sales Process

This module covers terms related to the different stages of the sales process, such as prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, presentation, handling objections, closing, and follow-up. By mastering these terms and phrases, you will be able to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the sales process.

Module 3: Specific Sales Terminology

This module covers sales techniques and strategies: Terms related to different sales approaches, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling. Product and service terminology: Terms specific to the industry or products being sold, including features, benefits, specifications, and pricing. By mastering these terms and phrases, you will be able to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the sales process.

Module 4: Sales Metrics

This module focuses on equipping you with the language skills necessary to understand, analyze, and communicate effectively about sales performance indicators. This course is online and it follows a live online format where instructor will teach you the course material in person. Since the course in not recorded, it is necessary for you to allocate respective time slots to the course (2 sessions of 90 mins in four consecutive weeks). You need to attend all sessions and pass quizzes to successfully obtain the course certificate.
